Yes, we offer labor-only services if you just need help loading or unloading.
Do you provide moving supplies (boxes, tape, blankets, etc.)?
Yes, we can supply all necessary moving materials, including boxes, tape, and protective blankets.
Will you disassemble and reassemble my furniture?
Yes, our team can take care of all necessary disassembly and reassembly.
Are there additional fees (stairs, long carries, fuel, heavy items)?
We never charge extra for stairs or long carries.
There is a fuel fee, but no hidden costs.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We offer free in-home, virtual, or over-the-phone estimates.
Do you require a deposit to book a move?
No deposits required — payment is due upon delivery.
How far in advance should I book my move?
We recommend booking about 6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute moves?
Yes, we do! Contact us and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Can I reschedule or cancel my move? What’s your policy?
Yes, we understand plans can change. We’re happy to reschedule your move — we just ask for as much notice as possible.
If you cancel more than 3 days in advance, there’s no fee.
What happens if it rains or snows on moving day?
We work through all weather conditions and bring the right equipment to keep your belongings protected.
If there’s a major storm, and our schedule allows, we’re happy to reschedule at your request.
How do you protect furniture and fragile items?
We carefully wrap all furniture in moving blankets and use bubble wrap, boxes, and stretch wrap to protect delicate or fragile items.
Do I need to be present on moving day?
It’s recommended that at least one person be present during the move to answer questions and provide direction if needed.
What should I do to prepare before movers arrive?
We recommend:
Packing items securely in sealed boxes
Emptying dressers and large furniture
Unplugging electronics
Clearing counters and decluttering
Stripping beds and organizing items for easy access
Having everything ready helps our team move your belongings efficiently and safely.
Do you move specialty items (pianos, safes, pool tables, antiques)?
Yes — we move all of the above with care and expertise.
Do you transport plants or pets?
We can move plants, but we do not transport pets.
Are there items you cannot move?
We can move almost anything. If there’s something outside our scope, we’ll happily recommend a trusted partner to help.
Should I empty drawers, dressers, and appliances before moving?
For larger dressers, please remove the contents.
Smaller nightstands or dressers can stay packed.
Appliances should always be emptied before moving.
Do you offer cross-province or cross-country moves?
Yes! We regularly handle long-distance moves to and from provinces like British Columbia and Nova Scotia.
Do you offer storage solutions if I’m not ready to move in?
Yes, we provide secure storage options to hold your belongings until you’re ready.
We also handle estate moves with care and professionalism.
